As Duty Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the venue, supporting teams across multiple departments while ensuring smooth service delivery and regulatory compliance. Key responsibilities include: Leading and supporting teams across bar, gaming, bistro and functions Maintaining compliance with NSW liquor, gaming and WHS legislation Managing patron welfare, behaviour and incident resolution Completing shift reporting, incident logs and compliance documentation Overseeing cash handling, gaming operations and security procedures Managing opening, closing and shift handovers to a high operational standard What You'll Bring Minimum 1-2 years' supervisory experience within a licensed hospitality venue Strong understanding of NSW liquor & gaming regulations Current RSA & ARCG Excellent communication skills with confident conflict resolution ability A calm, professional approach in busy service environments Flexibility to work rotating rosters including nights, weekends and public holidays Full Australian working rights or permanent residency To apply online, please click on the apply button.
